TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Check-In Time: 2:00 p.m. | Check-Out Time: 11:00 a.m.
• Weekends require a 2 night reservation and holidays require a 3 night reservation
• Deposits: Minimum one night lodging or 30% of total reservation, whichever is greater to hold reservation
• All reservations require a deposit. The deposit is applied to the last night of reserved stay
• Monthly rates upon request.
• Additional adults add $12.00 per night per adult.
• Children 5 and under stay free with parents.
• Children 6 - 18 years $6.00 per night
• Cribs and high chairs $5.00 one time charge.
• Flip chair/bed or high chair $2 one-time charge
• All of our rooms are non smoking.
• We regret that we cannot accommodate your pets.
• Cancellation Policy: 15 day cancellation notice prior to reservation is required. Your deposit will be refunded less a $15 service charge. All other deposits are non-refundable. You are required to pay for all nights requested.
